Return Policy: you have 21 days to return any qualifying items from the date you placed your order. Items are returnable for an online STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Holiday items, any sale items, accessories, leggings, & last chance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Items must be returned UNWORN, UNWASHED, & with the Hello Pretty boutique tag still attached. Items that appear to have been worn or washed, have stains, odors, etc. will not be accepted.
Shipping: the customer is responsible for all shipping return costs . We suggest a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Hello Pretty boutique is not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged, or packages that are marked “delivered” by the post office or UPS.
Exchanges: Due to the limited quantities of our products, we are not able to guarantee that your item will be available.
Defects or Problems: If you have received a product with any problem or defect, please contact us at Helloprettyonlineboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item to inform us of the issue. Please include a photo of the defect. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
